Welcome to SuperHR Inc. operated by Intverse Inc ("SuperHR," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using SuperHR Inc. (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

1. Description of Service

SuperHR Inc. is an AI-powered recruitment platform that helps organizations and candidates connect efficiently through automated job posting, resume parsing, candidate ranking, AI voice/video screening, scheduling, and analytics.

The Service supports two primary user groups:

  • Recruiters / Employers – to manage hiring pipelines.
  • Applicants / Job Seekers – to apply, track progress, and discover relevant opportunities.

The platform may integrate with third-party services (e.g., job boards, CRMs, communication tools).

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to enter a binding agreement.
  • By using the Service, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Account Responsibility

  • You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
  • SuperHR is not liable for losses from unauthorized account use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for unlawful, discriminatory, or deceptive hiring or application practices.
  • Upload false, misleading, or offensive material.
  • Scrape, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the platform.
  • Misuse AI tools or candidate data in violation of privacy or consent laws.

SuperHR may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Data Ownership and Usage

  • You retain ownership of data you submit (candidate info, resumes, or job postings).
  • By submitting data, you grant SuperHR a limited license to host, process, and analyze it solely to operate and improve the Service.

Applicants acknowledge that:

  • Resume and profile information may be used to recommend suitable job openings.
  • Recruiters associated with applied or matched roles may view necessary candidate details.

6. AI and Automation Disclaimer

SuperHR employs AI models for ranking, parsing, screening, and recommendations. You understand that:

  • AI outputs are probabilistic and may not always be accurate.
  • Final decisions (hiring, selection, etc.) rest solely with human users.
  • SuperHR is not liable for employment outcomes influenced by AI recommendations.

7. Third-Party Integrations

  • SuperHR may connect with external systems (LinkedIn, Naukri, Gmail, WhatsApp, etc.).
  • By enabling integrations, you authorize SuperHR to exchange necessary data and acknowledge those third-party terms apply.

8. Candidate Accounts and Recommendations

Applicants may be invited to create a SuperHR account after submitting a job application to:

  • Track application status.
  • Manage their profile and resume.
  • Receive relevant job recommendations or alerts.

Creating an account is optional. Candidates can opt out of recommendations or alerts at any time via account settings or by contacting hello@superhr.ai.

9. Promotional Content and Communications

SuperHR may display in-app or email communications about:

  • Product updates or new features.
  • Recommended employers or learning resources.
  • Promotional offers relevant to recruitment or career growth.

Users may unsubscribe or adjust preferences at any time. We will not sell or share personal data for third-party advertising.

10. Confidentiality and Security

  • Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary and personal data.
  • SuperHR uses standard encryption and access controls but cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Billing and Refunds (for Recruiters)

  • Paid plans are billed per pricing displayed at checkout.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before renewal.
  • Refunds are not issued for partial or unused periods.

12. Termination

  • You may terminate your account anytime.
  • SuperHR may suspend or terminate access for misuse or violation of these Terms.
  • Upon termination, your data will be deleted or anonymized after a reasonable retention period.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • SuperHR is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Aggregate liability shall not exceed fees paid in the prior 12 months.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SuperHR, its affiliates, and employees from claims or damages resulting from your misuse of the Service or breach of these Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

16. Changes to Terms

  • We may update these Terms periodically.
  • Continued use after changes take effect signifies acceptance.
